When you connect Twitch, Discord or OBS, we collect the account identifiers, chat and server data needed to run the products you enable - for example, chat messages for Chat Bot commands, or server membership for Discord Bot roles.

Data is used to operate the product features you turn on: running commands, rendering overlays, and tracking Quest collections.
3. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences like your theme. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
4. Third parties
We share data with Twitch, Discord and OBS only as needed to provide the integration you request. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
5. Data retention
Product data (commands, overlays, collections, canvases) is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to export a copy of it. Contact us to exercise these rights.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect account and product data, including encryption in transit and restricted access to production systems.
8. Children
Soulstack is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will remove it.
